I am still new in Nicky's class. We talked about goals one day as a group and I wasn't sure what mine was or if I even had one. I realized later my goal was to get back in the gym and not be intimidated or overwhelmed with the things that used to bring me happiness. Nicky and the class environment are just what I needed. I don't feel self conscious. Everyone is at different fitness levels and it doesn't matter. I am so grateful I wasn't too scared to try  Nicky is a breath of fresh air.

I’ve known Nicky for many years! She is such a hard working, kind, and caring person! I’ve had the honor of taking a couple of her Training classes as well as her nutrition classes. She always puts 110% into everything she does. She wants to make sure everyone is learning something new and reaching their health and fitness goals as well as having fun along the way. If you haven’t taken any of her classes, I highly recommend signing up! She is amazing :)

Considering I only took walking P.E in highschool, I was really nervous to start this class. I knew NOTHING about lifting weight, technique, etc... if you are in a similar situation, DON’T let that stop you! Taking this class with Nicole has made me so much more confident. She makes you feel so comfortable and helps you every step of the way. Not only did I learn so much about techniques and form, but we also learned how to put workouts together to target our goals as well as lots of important nutrition facts! And we had a blast while doing it! I now feel comfortable to go to the gym and lift weights by myself if I had to. I am looking forward to taking more classes with Nicole and to continue learning the art of weight training.

nicole rices class is seriously amazing! she makes me feel so comfortable and i always had the most fun in her classes. she always pushed me to do my best and i looked forward to every class! i miss it and her so much

Nicole’s classes are highly recommended especially if you are just starting to get into lifting or just shy about working out. I took a few classes a year ago and I learned new lifts and exercises and got comfortable with working out. I used to get so nervous and stressed to go to the gym and now I workout almost everyday on my own while following a workout and meal plan of hers that has worked very well for me! She is also the sweetest person and so helpful and supportive!
