A LITTLE BIT ABOUT ME

I was born and raised locally here in Arlington, Washington and love working in the area I grew up in. When I was in the 5th grade I learned I had 9 major food sensitivities, which actually changed my life. From a young age I had to begin looking at food labels and understanding what I was consuming. Fast forward to when I was taking classes at Everett Community College and working the Front Desk, Swim Lessons, and Playroom at the Stillaguamish Athletic Club. For an elective I was signed up to take a random writing class- that's what I thought I was good at and enjoyed writing stories. But the night before that class was about to begin, I just knew I didn't want to take it. So I dropped out and decided to take Nutrition 101. I instantly fell in love with nutrition and truly enjoyed getting to learn more about it in greater depths. Man it was so fascinating. This then led me to take other nutrition classes like Sports and Vegetarian specific. Loved these too. Pair this with working at a gym and being an athlete growing up, I just knew I wanted to become a personal trainer and have this become my future. I am so glad I have taken all these steps to get to where I am today.
