DO YOU WRITE CUSTOM MEAL OR WORKOUT PLANS?

YES! I have written many custom meal and workout plans. Prices range from $50-$150 on average depending on what exactly you want. Anything from an at home workout plan, to a vegetarian meal plan and everything in between!

DO YOU HAVE TO BE A MEMBER AT THE STILLAGUAMISH ATHLETIC CLUB TO JUST DO PERSONAL TRAINING WITH YOU?

No you don't! On some things members will receive 20% off, but no penalties if you aren't a member!

DO I HAVE TO SIGN UP FOR A WHOLE MONTH FOR YOUR GROUP FITNESS CLASSES? WHAT IF I WILL BE OUT OF TOWN FOR A WEEK? CAN I STILL TAKE THE CLASS?

You do not have to sign up for the whole month. If you let Nicole know a week before classes begin that you will be gone from this date to this date, you may be eligible to not have to pay for those dates. Reach out in advance and she can help figure it out with you!

I WANT TO JOIN, BUT I CAN'T PAY THE FULL AMOUNT UP FRONT. IS THERE ANY OPTIONS FOR ME?

Yes! You are most likely eligible to set up either a payment plan for the month, or pay 50% at the beginning and the other half at the end. BUT there may be a small service fee added on (5-10%). 

WHAT SHOULD I BRING TO CLASS OR MY SESSION?

I recommend for most weight training sessions to actually wear flat shoes - like converse or vans. You don't need specific weight training shoes but if you have them bring 'em! During all seasons other than summer I would encourage you to wear a hoodie or jacket that you can warm-up in but can take off once we get going! Bring a water bottle as well! There are free lockers you can use, or you can bring your keys, etc into the workout room and put them in a cubie. Shorts, joggers, and leggings all work great! Have your phone on you, as well is very helpful!
